managesieve and existing filters

I have a cyrus imap server that is using sieve filtering.  I would like to manage the existing filters with the managesieve plugin with Roundcube (which I have recently just set up).  I have edited the config.inc.php file and the plugins section of main.inc.php.  The filters sections shows up under Settings in Roundcube, and it seems to be connected to the mail server, but existing scripts for various mailboxes that I need to manage (such as system accounts) do not display.  Any suggestions?
