Google is now showing the svn repository (http://crapouillou.net/svn/rc_plugins/automatic_addressbook) so I can get the plugin but I don't recall how to initialize the database (for sqlite in my case).  The install file refers to the defunct web site.

Any help?

You should just need to run the sqlite.initial.sql file in the SQL folder right?

Yes -- I just didn't quite remember what the command was.  I made a guess and it appears to have worked.  Thank you.
