IIS Installation with remote back end mailserver - various issues

1] Unable to send mail - is there somewhere in Roundcube where you can specify an IP or host of the SMTP server? When I send mail it just returns - Failed to send message!

2] Unable to add contacts to address book - when trying it says [errorsavingcontact]. Also doesnt work when manually adding contacts to the address book

3] Front login page - can I specify the IMAP server in a config file rather than relying on the end user to enter it

4] When composing an email, there is a sender box. Can this be set to reflect the account that the user logged in with rather than typing an address in there?
