Upgrading to new security release

All,

Was about to apply the latest security release for 0.1beta 2, and noticed in the instructions that I needed to update all the files in the /skins/default directory. I have created my own skin (in another directory) and would like to apply the latest release to that as well, with out having to recreate the skin again with the new version. Is there an easy way to do this?

Can't you copy the skin folder to a temp folder - upgrade and redeploy?
