blank emails from website form

Hi guys,

I have some problems with roundcube.
my email is working very well with sending en receiving email from and to other accounts (hotmail, gmail etc.)
But when email sending from a website form i get in roundcube only blank pages.
So it is sending correct from websites forms, but they are blanco (pages with nothing) pages.
and when i look into the source i can see the email??
can anyone help me with this to fix this?

Works for me. What Roundcube version are you using? What IMAP server. You can enable imap_debug in Roundcube and check the log for IMAP conversation and FETCH responses (most important BODYSTRUCTURE).

Hi,

i am using hmailserver, the imap is working well at the default port.
using Roundcube Webmail 0.8.1, and everything is working well on the network configs.
On my smartphone i can also read the mail perfect.
I tried other webmails like atmail (demo) and and afterlogic lite and there its working perfect.
except in roundcube its invicible..
pls see screenshots and and source

Hi alec or administartor,

Can you help me with this issue? I enabled the imap debug and checked the log. It seems that's working fine.
All the messages that i typed in the form i can see in the imap log.

Can you tell me how to enable the rc log and to check the error. i mean how can i reconize a error in a log ?

by default the error log is in [rc root]/logs/errors
