Roundcube account very slow

Hello
I have a problem, since Roundcube change his appearance format mail service, it starts to be very slow for me to log in, send mails and even change carpets.
Today is even worst because I cant check my mail account and is very important for me to check those mails because my business depends on those mails 
Please can some one tell me whats going on? or how can I fix it?
I dont want to change my mail service with you guys but is really annoying to have this problem.
