attempting to set up email aliases

Hello,
I'm needing help setting up alias email accounts.  Rather than have 4 separate email accounts (info@..., events@..., etc) to check for my domain, I'd like to set them up as aliases for my main email account ([email protected]). I can set up aliases here in RC, but they don't seem to be recognized—meaning, I can SEND FROM that address, but when I reply to that address it never shows up.

Any help, in simple terms, would be appreciated—I'm a "user" not a "techie."

Identities and alias are different things, you need to setup alias on your mail server not in RoundCube.
