[ASK] Server Error (Internal Server Error) when login ?

why every time I log into rouncube always appear warning An Occured Server Error (Internal Server Error).
it always appears when accessing inbox. but when I Log into webmail via CPANEL it's normal and not appear warning Internal Server Error?
I hope someone can help solve the problems that I face?

Internal Server Errors should always add an entry to the error log, make sure logs directory is writable.
