Redirecting incoming messages

All I want to do is redirect incoming messages and Can I find out how to do this, not anywhere.

Please put me out of my misery somebody.

Redirect how?

To a different folder in your mailbox? You need the managesieve plugin, as well as sieve support on the IMAP server.

To a different email address/account? You need a vacation plugin, and vacation support on the IMAP server.

Both of these additions assume that you run your Roundcube installation and email server. If you are just a user (not an admin), you will need to ask your provider to add this functionality to their email offering.
