Roundcube does not receive and send emails (no error message)

Since today Roundcube does not receive or send any emails.

There is no error message, nor does the other person who sends me an email get any notification that the email is not delivered. What happened?

It sounds like your mail server isn't get any email, that could be do to a DNS change or a problem with the mail server.

What can I do to solve this problem? My friend is on the same @xxxx.com address and his email does send and receive..

If you don't control the domain or the mail server you should contact your mail provider and ask for support from them. Otherwise you need to verify the DNS settings for the domain and check the mail server logs to find the source of the problem.
