Applying filters to shared folder

Hi guys,

I have had a search through Google and the forums here, but can't find the answer, so please forgive me if it's been asked already.

We are wanting to set up filters on a shared inbox. There are several aliases that deliver mail to a shared inbox, and we want all mail addressed to a particular alias to be flagged automatically.

Is this possible to do?

It would need to be done by the mail server no RoundCube.
