First time use

Hi...Im sorry if this has been posted and already answered, but I am trying to install RoundCube via my server (Fatcow)  It (apparently) installs onto my website, and then pops up asking for email and password.  When I enter them, it says that they aren't found.  I have NO idea how to install this on my own, without the servers help.  Is there anyone that can help me?  Thanks!

That means the IMAP host is set incorrectly. Did you do a manual install or use an auto installer?
