Windows-1255

Hi,
i have a problem with the Windows-1255 encoding Support.

in my Inbox there is difreent encoding for each message .
mean one message is in utf-8 and other in Windows-1255 and so...
i just saw that all the message (and only them) that encode in Windows-1255 charset are display in random characters and i can't read them.
 
how can i fix that ?
