PLEASE HELP!! Error Message about Speed Limit

Guys,

I just started gettin this error when I try to send 1 email. I'm not sening a bunch(That I know of), so I shouldn't be getting this email error message.

SMTP Error (451): Failed to set sender "[email protected]" (SPEED LIMIT: Account has exceeded the max emails per hour allowed
(check_mail)).

Can someone please help?

This is a limit that the SMTP server can set, ask your hosting provider what the limit is and if its higher than what you've sent out ask to see a log of what has been sent out.

Since the Round Cube email that I use only allowed me to send 1 email before I got this message, am I to assume I got hacked and mass emails are being sent out?

Possibly, or the server is miss configured.
