Video Best Practices

I'm looking to do two things:
1) I'd like to be able to insert a still-frame from a youtube video into the body of messages and make that image a link back to the video in youtube.
2) I'd like to be able to add the same thing to my HTML signature.

Does anybody have familiarity on how to do this?  Or is anyone aware of a relevant post addressing this previously--I didn't find any?

Take a still shot of the video upload to your server include it and then link it to the video.

How do I upload a still to the server/add media in roundcube?

You can just upload the image using FTP or similar and then link to the image from RoundCube.
