Larry Skin Missing Toggle between HTML and Plain Text?

It appears that the Larry skin has no way to switch between HTML and non-HTML modes.  Is this missing or am I simply missing it on the screen somewhere.

Are you talking about when reading, or composing?

Composing.  In the non-Larry skin, there is a selector at the bottom which allows you to select between HTML and Non-HTML.  But in the Larry skin I can't seem to find anything like it.

Click the down-arrow shown in the first screenshot to see the additional options in the second.
