Change email

Sorry if you already have a topic like this, but I could not find it, so I am sending my question:

I have a user that wants to change her email, I tried to copy the folder but this did not work. Is there a way to change an email from name.name@host.com to name.new@host.com?

You would need to change the account on the mail server, then in the RoundCube database you can change the username in the users table.
