0.9.4 - From encoding problem

Hi everybody!

Two company always send me a letter, these letters are always incorrect. One send through google, another one used own server.
When I saw the letter, his name include ISO-8559-2 text, but the subject also coded ISO-8559-2 and seem ok. Why?



What sould i do?
