Restrictions by IP to enter the account

Is anyone know of any plugins with such ability?
To allow the user/or admin to use restictions to enter by IP.

As I see there's no such function available for roundcube, is it?

I wouldn't use Roundcube for that, I would set up such restrictions on the server's local firewall instead.
