Installation done, now it won't find the mail service.

I have setup a database for roundcube and changed all the files that was stated on their website.
When you go to http://www.seekpirate.com/roundcubemail/ it's supposed to go to the mail service and it's not.

I followed all the instructions and it doesn't seem to like me. Would anyone care to help me get it running on my website? I would be willing to pay for some help. I must be missing something along the way.

If you uploaded all the files into the /roundcubemail folder under seekpirate.com then it would come up so if you didn't do that what did you do?
