Cannot Login 1 - 2 hours each day

This is an odd one, couldn't find others with this problem.

Host: Arvixe.com
RC version: 0.8.3 maybe 4

Everyday NZST around 8:30pm to 9:30pm the email login fails.
Logging in produces "Server unavailable" error.

I have gone over the config again and again can't see why its doing that.
I contacted Arvixe Support they said the problem is not their side and from their setup the system should be online for the full 24 hours without interruption.

The way it is set up -

Arvixe domains have included mailbox.
I set up a domain name, put the RC install on the server folder for the domain, edited the config to connect to the Arvixe mail server.

Simple, and works well except for the 1 - 2 hours of daily downtime.
