Signatures using social media icons

I've just switched over from having everything run through Microsoft Outlook to using the webmail through our webhost.
I'm trying to find out how to create my email signature that includes social media icons and links, along with an image inserted into the signature.

Is there a way to do this, and if so, can someone direct me as to how?
