Can not change password ...

Hi friends.
I have a VPS with DirectAdmin and CentOS. RoundCube is the default mail software on this server.
But the problem I have is that when somebody wants to change his password, the page goes to loading and nothing will be happened.
What is this problem for and how can I solve it ?
