Added a sender photo in From field

Like below example picture


I think it's interesting,but doesn't know how to do

I think it not the violation of messaging or lists.
It just got the image files from roundcube addressbook,if address book had....


We hacking the program/step/mail/func.inc and skin/larry/mail.css
Like below screenshot


It's not the best,but good enough for us.
