Trouble wit calendar, calendar_plus and sabredav

Hello,

I've installed successfully sabredav framework and calendar plugins. I've enabled MKCOL method in sabredav and I can see it in d:supported-method-set when accessing dav via browser. The problem is I can create a calendar when logging into dav from browser, but roundcube doesn't autocreate calendars. Also I have trouble subscribing to shared calendar via outlook2013 and gmail.
