An error occurred! Unable to create/move folder into selected parent folder

Hello all,

I am using the file system without acl for the public and shared folders on a dovecot/roundcube system.
The folders worked (sub-folders added and edited by users) in the previous version of RoundCube.

I upgraded to the latest version and now user's receive the above error when attempting to manipulate folders.
I've opened every file persmission I can think of for the file system, both the folders and in the user's home mail directories.

Thunderbird seems to be able to manipulate the folders, as does squirrelmail, so I'm suspecting it's RoundCube.
