Server drop-down list at login V 1.0.2

Haven't found any posts on this. in 9.3 the drop-down list for servers at the login window worked fine.

in 1.0.2 I cannot get it to work.

Here's my defaults.inc.php setting:

Don't change the defaults.inc.php add your changes to the config.inc.php
