Calendar event cache problem

Hi all,

I observed some problems with my calDAV calendars after upgrading my ubuntu server from 12.04 to 14.04.
Same issue with cardDAV. After deleting the cardDAV and calDAV connections and reconfiguring them anew, cards and events could be synchronized again successfully.

Unfortunately this does not work for the default private calendar. I observed that there are entries ofthe deleted calDAV left in the events_cache database table.
Can I clean the events_cache table or will this make any trouble?

Would be nice if someone knows about the impact, when cleaning the event_cache db table.
