Set filter to show unread in all folders

Is there a way to make the search filter show all unread messages regardless of folder?

Will be possible in Roundcube 1.1.

Is there a list of new features that 1.1 is expected to have and an estimated release date?  I'd hate to spend time trying to modify the current version if the next version will solve my problems.
