Can't access custom folders with phone

Hi, I have a pretty basic issue but I can't figure out how to resolve it. I've created a few custom folders with Roundcube for my email that is hosted by godaddy but the custom folders don't show up in my phones email app. The regular inbox is fine and syncs but I don't know how to get access to the custom folders while on mobile. Not sure if this is the phone apps fault or roundcube.

Roundcube is the software that godaddy use to provide you with webmail. it does not run your mail system. you should contact godaddy for support with this issue.
