iis6 setup

Hi:

I just downloaded the latest version (1.0.4) of Roundcube.

Windows server 2003 with iis6 is installed.
It has php 5.3.28 is installed and hmail server (most recent version) installed.
Also, mysql 5.1.30 is installed.

I am now ready to attempt to install Roundcube. Are there a recent step instructions for this install.

The best I have been able to find was created in 2007 and I think a bit dated.
