release1.1.0 tar seems to be broken

I tried to download the latest release, but it the package seems to be broken.
I downloaded it on two different machines in two different networks on two different OS. No differences.
Can someone confirm this respectively fix it?

Now I could download a non-corrupt tar.gz.
