roundcube change password not working on windows 2012

Hello

I have set DCOM permissions based on https://www.hmailserver.com/documentation/latest/?page=howto_dcom_permissions tutorial.

It is a Windows 2012 (IIS and PHP 5.4 and roundcube and hmailserver 5.6 installed.

Roundcube changepassword plugin (hmail driver) was set and worked without any problem until yesterday. But from yesterday it is stop working and error logs displays:

[17-Feb-2015 21:41:11 -0800]: Plugin password (hmail driver): This problem is often caused by DCOM permissions not being set.

I even set "Everyone" DCOM permissions but it is not working.

Please advice.
