Mailbox filling up!

Hi, the bar at the bottom of my folders column, next to the cog wheel is showing 76%. I take it that that's showing how many emails I have deleted. I have tried every option that is presented by the cog wheel but still have 76% and increasing. Can someone advise me what I need to do please?

Most likely when you delete email they are only being flagged as deleted instead of being removed. To remove emails that have been flagged as deleted select the gear icon at the bottom of the folder list and select compact.

Yes I had tried that! I now show 84% full and nothing connected with that pesky cog wheel is making any difference. Help please!

You should contact your mail provider then and ask them to investigate. Mail quotes are provided by the mail server not Roundcube so if its not updating it maybe a problem with the mail server.
