The camera is not detected in the face authentication time

I have use roundcube in my project. The user face authenticate time i got "camera not available. If you  have camera on your system , please check it is not used by another application error." But the camera is connected my system always.Why this error happens?

The error your getting isn't from Roundcube. Roundcube doesn't come with any "user face authenticate" systems.
