Email header not showing on Gmail

Hi,

The <[email protected]> header on my emails sent from Roundcube to Gmail accounts are missing.

Instead of showing First Last <[email protected]> at the top of the email, it just shows First Last.

Replying works, other providers work. Gmail shows my email address when I hover over it but it's not shown at the top of the email. Also, it does work when I put an @ symbol in the name for some strange reason, i.e. First Last@ will show <[email protected]>. What can the problem be?
