Refresh Button doesn't update message list

I'm using Roundcube 1.1.3. I've noticed that the refresh button doesn't seem to do anything.
If I have my mail window open, I can see the unread count increase on my inbox, but the new messages aren't displayed in the message list. I click the Refresh button and nothing changes. If I click to another mailbox, then click back to the Inbox the new messages appear in the list.
