Roundcube with Plesk 12 - Log of customer activity

Hello fellas,

recently i have a customer that is claiming that he "email catalog" inside of roundcub just disappear.


is there any log to register such kind of action performed inside of roundcube?

Possible my customer maybe delete the the catalog, how can i prove that its not my fault?

this happen only with him! there is more than 100 domains in there

You'd need to look at IMAP logs to see what was done, but my guess is your server wouldn't be keeping those logs my default. You may want to ask somewhere that is more familiar with Plesk in case there is a function that would do that.
