Received mail is not showing in inbox

Im using freehosting .com hor hosting. They are using roundcube to manage mails. I am not receiving mails when someone mail me. It is not showing in my inbox. Im using email forwarding. So the received mails are forwarded to my anothe gmail account but it is not showing in my roundcude inbox. But im able to send emails from roundcube to others. My email ID is [email protected]
