File Manager plugin for RoundCube

Hello,

I wrote a plugin to integrate a server-side File Manager to RoundCube.

It enables access to the server filesystem to allow :

• Save mails to elFinder when reading or listing mails,
• Save attachments to elFinder when reading or listing mails,
• Load attachments from elFinder when composing mail,
• Browse and manage server files from a dedicated File Manager tab,
• Online Edit text files within elFinder tab.
• Online html files within elFinder tab (with tinyMCE 4.x)
