Our mail admin left! Is this the place to seek professional help?

I'm sorry if this is an inappropriate place to solicit professional, paid-for help, but our roundcube mail admin left and we need some configuration and upgrade help.
If this is the place, I will supply all the details as best as I know them.
Our goals are a health checkup/tune up, upgrade to current version and fix a weird "delay" when trying to click into 'settings' - maybe other issues as discovered.
I am a generous employer and will consider all pay rate requests and I don't know what a 1099 form is.
