Try to install but fail directly

Hi!
I try to install on my hosted webserver but get an error directly
ERROR: Wrong 'error_reporting' option value and it wasn't possible to set it to required value (30711). Check your PHP configuration (including php_admin_flag).
There was a folder named vendor with the packed files, I dont know where to use it and perhaps this is the problem. I have only ftp access to the server
