Virtualmin Roundcube 1.2.0 managesieve plugin not working

Hi I am hoping that someone can help. I am trying to get a basic Vacation/Out of Office capability in roundcube. I have enabled the managesieve plugin but get an error on accessing the filters page saying cannot connect to the managesieve server.

This is such a basic requirement for a mail client. users must be able to setup an autoresponder to handle out of office etc. situations. I must be missing something. I have spend the best part of a day trying to figure this out.

Can someone please enlighten me.

The managesieve plugin requires managesieve to be installed on the mail server, if its not your not going to be able to use the plugin.
