Problems setting up debian version 1.2.1+dfsg.1-2

Is anyone here trying the version in Debian testing? I was running an older version, but had to upgrade to PHP7. I backed up the roundcube database, uninstalled and installed the new version from testing, but it seems like the database was never created. I ran dkpg-recongure roundcube, and tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Has anyone had any luck installing the new version this way?

Ah Ha! `dpkg-reconfigure roundcube-core`. Is this a bug with debian that the roundcube-core configuration never ran on initial install? If so, anyone know where to report this bug to them?
