Where to enable Preview Pane & HTML Editor?!

hey there everybody,

i installed RC a while ago and customized it to my needs. now that i have learned, that there is a preview pane and the option to use an html editor i would like to use those. the thing is there is no checkbox in settings i can enable and even a re-install didn't show one. I have no idea where else to looks. main.inc.php in settings doesn't feature an option aswell!

after reinstalling from scratch and applying the information I found here everything started to work like a charm.
