CSV address book imports ONLY email?!?

I am attempting to import a CSV file with only two columns (Name, Email).  For some reason the import successfully places the email addresses into my address book, but NOT the corresponding name of the contact.  Anyone help?  I have successfully imported both name and email to other mail systems using the exact same CSV file.

Figured it out.  My header was "Name", and I changed it to "Last Name", and it worked.  I'll leave this up for anyone having a similar issue.
