Help on how to create custom forms

Hello Team,

I just started working with roundcube about a month ago and i have been able to personalize some settings but currently we just want to add a simple form section to the settings tab where users can enter their name, address, state and location with their email address. The details will be saved in the database where it can be retrieved, modified and deleted.

The fastest way is most likely to look at some of the plugins that do the same thing like the password plugin.
