Roundcube 1.3 not able to run with calendar (libcalendar)

Hello

I have Roundcube 1.3 running on a Windows Server (IIS).
Everything is working fine.

Today I tried to install manually the calendar with libcalendar and libkolab.
The calendar is shown in the ui but when I try to open an e-mail, this will stop working and the mail is not loading... Error 500 is occuring.

The error-log shows this:

PHP Fatal error:  Class 'Sabre\VObject\Property\Text' not found ...

And yes there is realy no text.*-File in the Sabre VOBjects Property-Directory.

Plugin_manager is also not able to install cause the website is offline: https://maintenance.myroundcube.com/
Other Versions found in the internet are not working with this release of roundcube.

Is there somewhere a full functional Plugin-Pack for calendar that supports caldav / ical for roundcube 1.3?
Is there somewhere a working plugin_manager for roundcube 1.3?

I have the same error, and cannot get the calendar working at all with Roundcube 1.33
