Signature not shown on BCC?

Can it be that a defined signature wont show up if you use BCC to send to multiple recipients?

Kinda need it to show due to legal info and stuff...

Not in standard Roundcube client but you could write a plugin to do it.

I wouldn't know how to either make a plugin or get it on the server, hosted mail, not my own server.

As an end user you couldn't setup a plugin so I don't think there is any option that would allow you to do what you want.

...except using a local mail client, of course.
