First attachment always don‘t send

Hi, I am using version 1.1.14.  My users told me that when they tried to send multiple attachments, the first attachment is always not sent (especially when it is jpg).  But when it is sent by itself, it is o.k.   Any thought?

At the time of writing there is no such version of Roundcube as 1.1.14. The latest in the 1.1.x branch is 1.1.12
